Please read these terms carefully before using ZuraTalk.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ZuraTalk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and account safety
You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use ZuraTalk, and you must be at least 13 where permitted by local law. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where required. Keep your credentials secure and give us accurate account information.
3. Your Content and learning activity
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant ZuraTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, translate, distribute, and promote your content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you share.
4. Prohibited Content and conduct
You may not post content that is illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit (without proper age verification), or that infringes on any third-party rights. Do not use ZuraTalk to exploit minors, impersonate people, send spam, deceive others, or harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
5. Paid features
Paid features, subscriptions, and digital items are offered through the applicable app store or payment provider. Store terms, pricing, renewal disclosures, and cancellation controls apply. See our subscription terms for more detail.
6. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZuraTalk is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
